We partnered with Code and Theory to bring their Read & React model to life for Zyrtec and other brands. As creative lead, I collaborated weekly with their team to translate insights from social listening (Twitter, Reddit, forums), search analysis (Google Trends, SEMRush), and TikTok trends (via proprietary API integration) into fast-turn creative ideas. These quick-turn campaigns helped Zyrtec stay culturally relevant — creating real-time, insight-driven content for owned and paid channels that connected directly with allergy sufferers’ daily experiences.

To deepen and broaden Ford’s connection with fans, we created an interactive experience that let anyone — from car enthusiasts to casual admirers — design their dream Mustang. We then celebrated participants by featuring their creations on the brand’s Facebook cover photo and even on digital billboards in their hometowns. The experience extended seamlessly across desktop, mobile, gaming consoles and real-world activations — turning personal creativity into a shared, community-driven brand moment.

This social campaign turned fan engagement into real-time appreciation. We thanked people sharing feedback about the new Fusion (good or bad) with surprise-and-delight experiences ranging from a pop-up auto show in a fan’s front yard to a live YouTube gameshow where viewers could win prizes in real time. We sent personalized gifts (like Fusion-branded chocolate bars and handwritten notes) and even hosted Google Hangouts between select fans and the car’s designers and engineers. It was a large-scale expression of genuine gratitude, and a simple way to build lasting loyalty through human connection.
